I’m obsessed with my subscription boxes.
I only get two of them, and they come at the beginning of each season, so I get to enjoy the wait, the anticipation, the wondering whats coming.
Last week my Fab Fit Fun box arrived and it was fabulous!
The basic Fab Fit Fun box cost $50. At the moment I’m just getting the basic, and this was only my second box. Prior to shipping Fab Fit Fun sends you some emails with upgrades that you can add in and products that you can buy at a discount.
All the beauty products are full sized, (which is incredibly fab!) and you receive an assortment of beauty, fashion, health, and lifestyle products. For spring 2017 I received full sized Dr Brandt Microdermabrasion Exfoliant, Briogeo Rosarco Milk leave in conditioner, 2 new nail colors from Deborah Lippman, a bottle of Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies, a box of four Karuna sheet masks, a Realher I Am Fabulous lip kit (with lip liner, liquid lipstick and gloss), a Milly zipper pouch that is perfect for the beach, Luv AJ earrings, and a Gypsy Roundie which has multiple uses – lie on it at the beach, wrap yourself in it, use it as a chic picnic blanket, drape it over your patio table – this list goes on!
All this for $50?? Its fantastic!
Here is my theory on subscription boxes. As women we work so hard, get pulled in so many directions, multitask every single day, constantly put ourselves last, and typically don’t reward ourselves. When this box arrives it feels like a gift, like a reward. It lands somewhere in the middle of making school lunches, commuting, working, taking care of our homes – juggling our lives, and it feels good! I don’t necessarily open mine the day it arrives, I prefer to open it when I have time to sit down and make the moment special.
You deserve some special too!
